Welcome to TopTierCarServices. These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. We provide premium car detailing services to ensure your vehicle looks its best. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking & Appointments

Customers can book our services online by filling out a form to receive a free quote or invoice.

 Booking Process:

 - Once the booking form is filled out, customers will receive a confirmation email with the details of their appointment.

  Cancellation Policy:

 - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment date for a full refund.

 - Next-day appointment cancellations will incur a 30% fee.

 - Customers can always reschedule at any time without penalty.

Pricing & Payment

 We offer three main tiers of service:

 • Platinum Wash: Starts at $30 (price varies by vehicle type/size)

 • Gold Wash: Starts at $50 (price varies by vehicle type/size)

 •Deluxe Detail: Starts at $150 (price varies by vehicle type/size)

 Additional services include:

 • Tire replacement

 • Leather conditioning

 • Pet hair removal

 • Seat shampooing

 • Carpet cleaning

 • Baby car seat treatment

 • Headlight restoration

 • Mold removal

 • Oil change (coming soon) 

 We accept credit and debit card payments through invoice or online. Payments are processed securely, and an invoice will be provided upon completion of the service.

Customer Responsibilities

Personal Items:

- Please ensure all personal items (e.g., wallet, clothes, etc ) are removed from the vehicle prior to appointment.

- TopTierCarServices is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Accurate Information: 

- Provide accurate information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, and any specific conditions or concerns. This helps us to prepare appropriately and deliver the best service possible. 

Service Limitations & Exclusions

- We can only handle minor scratches and stains to prevent further damage.

- We do not fix or restore paint .

- We are not liable for pre-existing damages or damage caused by improper use of the vehicle.

 - For safety, we will take before and after pictures of any serious damage, scratches, dents, etc.

Insurance

 We carry insurance to cover potential damages caused by our services. 

Customer Insurance Responsibility:

- Customers should ensure their vehicle is adequately insured. Top Tier Car Services will not be responsible for any damage or loss that should reasonably be covered under the customer’s vehicle insurance.

Liability Limitation

 We are not liable for any damages or loss resulting from:

 • Pre-existing conditions or damages of the vehicle.

 • Any modifications or enhancements made to the vehicle post-service.

 • Damage caused by the customer’s negligence or improper use of the vehicle.

 • Natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.

 • Any personal items left in the vehicle during service.

 • Damage Reporting: In the event of any accidental damage caused by our staff during the service, we will notify the customer immediately and assess the situation to determine appropriate action, which may include repair or compensation.

 Customer Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution  

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any complaints or disputes, please email us at support@toptiercarservices.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24-48 hours and resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

 Privacy Policy

 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Customer data is kept safe and is not saved or shared with third parties. We only use your data to provide and improve our services.

 Changes to Terms & Conditions 

 If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify our customers as soon as possible via email and update the information on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
